The Role As a Business Development Executive, your mission is to generate new business, build meaningful client partnerships, develop current relationships, and provide end to end high‑quality recruitment services! Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target new business opportunities across a variety of sectors * Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, social selling, and email outreach * Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients * Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored recruitment solutions * Provide end to end recruitment (source/ match, interview, prepare and send CV’s to clients) * Maintain accurate CRM records and an active sales pipeline * Represent the Alexander Faraday brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence About You We’re looking for someone commercially minded, self self-driven, and motivated by success. You will have: * Business development or sales experience recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential * End to end recruitment experience gained across multiple sectors disciplines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A proactive approach to generating leads and creating opportunities * A consultative mindset with the ability to understand client challenges * Ideally business relationships you can bring with you * Drive, resilience, and a desire to earn excellent commission * Strong organisation and the ability to manage a busy schedule What We Offer * Uncapped commission * Supportive, collaborative team culture * Remote working with travel to meetings
