Electrical Engineer – Corporate Location: City of London Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri, 8.00-17.00 Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £44,000 p/a A globally recognised FM provider is hiring for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a high-profile corporate site in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work within a successful team that keeps the operation running smoothly 24/7. The role: Reporting into the Technical Supervisor and working as part of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and fault-finding of all electrical building services, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and fully operational at all times. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out preventative maintenance and completing paperwork to ensure the completion of all scheduled PPM activities. Responding to reactive and emergency faults to maintain compliance in line with KPIs Managing sub-contractors where necessary to ensure work is completed safely in line with permit-to-work systems. Undertaking AP/RP duties which have been assigned. Working 40 hours p/w Monday to Friday, with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota.
