IFA Administrator


A well-established and highly respected financial planning firm is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge who enjoys supporting advisers and delivering exceptional service to clients. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the advisory process, working closely with advisers and paraplanners while managing client relationships and administrative workflows. Key Responsibilities Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers Preparing and processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records Liaising with providers, platforms, and clients to obtain information and progress cases Preparing review packs and client meeting documentation Monitoring pipelines and following up on outstanding business Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures Requirements Previous experience working within an IFA / Wealth Management environment Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning products Experience using provider platforms and back-office systems Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently What’s on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunity to work with experienced advisers in a growing firm Long-term career progression within financial planning This role would suit a career IFA Administrator who enjoys being part of a professional client-focused team and wants to work in a firm that values high standards and long-term client relationships
