Electrical Maintenance Engineer Salary: £49,043 Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) A large industrial manufacturing business is currently recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join their established engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment supporting the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment. The Role Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site Provide first line breakdown support to minimise production downtime Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Assist with engineering reporting and fault analysis Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety and environmental standards Support the development of apprentices and junior team members The Candidate Proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability Good understanding of electrical systems and plant equipment Able to work effectively within a shift-based engineering team Strong communication and organisational skills
