We are working with a growing and forward-thinking business in Cheltenham that is looking to bring on a Graduate Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop within a commercial, people-focused role with genuine long-term progression. The Role This role sits within the commercial team and focuses on generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients. * Identifying and researching prospective businesses and key decision makers * Conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels to introduce the company and its services * Building relationships with prospective clients and arranging meetings * Presenting the company’s services in a confident and engaging way * Supporting the wider sales team with developing and progressing opportunities * Maintaining accurate records of outreach and activity within the CRM system About You * Recent graduate (any degree considered) * Competitive, driven and motivated to succeed * Naturally personable with strong communication skills * Confident reaching out to new people and starting conversations * Organised, proactive and keen to learn * Interested in developing a career within sales or business development Why Join Us * £30,000 basic salary + up to 20% bonus * Hybrid working (2 days per week from home) * Annual wellness allowance * 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Up to 10 volunteering days per year for causes you care about * Excellent progression opportunities within a growing business * Supportive team environment with training and mentorship For more information on this role, please contact Katie Tyrrell at First Base Employment
