Description Lead, inspire & develop the Procurement team Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate competitive terms Drive the procurement strategy to support growth and efficiency Ensure reliable supply, quality standards & on-time delivery Improve processes, systems, and cost performance Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Finance & Warehouse teams Use data to shape decisions and support continuous improvement Profile Senior-level procurement or supply chain leadership experience Strong negotiation and commercial skills Proven ability to develop high-performing teams Confident with ERP/MRP systems and data-led planning Understanding of logistics & quality standards (e.g., ISO) CIPS or related degree (preferred)Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £65 to £75k per annum Employee and partner private healthcare 25 days holiday plus bank holidays An additional day off for your birthday Cash back scheme Corporate deals and discounts Cycle to work salary sacrifice EAP scheme Free onsite parking Up to 2 days paid volunteering each year
