Job Title: Regional Sales Executive Location: Manchester  Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission Type: Permanent Company Overview A forward-thinking and innovative lighting manufacturer is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Executive to support continued growth across the North West. With strong existing accounts, excellent product support and significant investment in technical capability, this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to develop a long-term career within field-based technical sales. Role Overview As Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting external lighting solutions into industrial and critical infrastructure end users across the North West. Covering North Wales, Chester, Mersey, Manchester, the M62 corridor and Cumbria, you will inherit existing business while identifying and developing new opportunities within specification-led and project environments. This role is ideal for a junior technical representative or internal sales candidate ready to step into a field-based position, supported by experienced colleagues and strong after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow existing accounts across the North West territory Identify and secure new business opportunities within industrial and infrastructure sectors Engage with contractors, end users and key project stakeholders Present technical lighting solutions and product benefits confidently Support and manage involvement in large-scale specification projects Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity Work closely with internal technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs About You We are looking for a motivated and consultative salesperson who is eager to build a career within technical and specification-led sales. You will be organised, proactive and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
