About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Account Manager to join our team, operating from one of the city’s most prestigious trophy buildings. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing high-value client portfolios. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening strategic relationships, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and driving retention and growth across your assigned accounts. You will work closely with senior stakeholders both internally and externally, acting as the trusted advisor for clients while identifying opportunities for performance improvement and commercial expansion. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong, trusted relationships. Understand client objectives, challenges, and operational needs to ensure tailored, high-impact service delivery. Conduct regular review meetings, presentations, and performance updates. Commercial & Financial Oversight Manage account budgets, forecasts, commercial proposals, and financial reporting. Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth. Ensure commercial targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Operational Excellence Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and client expectations. Oversee issue resolution, acting quickly to mitigate risk and maintain high satisfaction levels. Monitor contract compliance, quality standards, and operational performance metrics. Strategic Planning Develop account plans that align with both client objectives and organisational priorities. Use insights and data to recommend improvements, innovations, and efficiency-driving initiatives. Contribute to long-term strategic initiatives within the department. Stakeholder Management Build strong cross-functional relationships across operations, finance, commercial, and leadership teams. Represent the business professionally within a prestigious, high-profile environment. Support senior leadership with reporting, presentations, and business development activities where required. Skills & Experience Required Essential Proven experience in an Account Management, Client Services, or comparable client-facing role. Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets, contracts, and financial reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build credible relationships with senior-level stakeholders. Strong organisational capability and attention to detail. Experience working in a premium, corporate, or high-profile environment. Desirable Experience supporting operations within real estate, professional services, workplace management, or hospitality sectors.
