CNC Programmer Poole, Dorset £35,000 to £45,000 We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a well-established engineering business based in Poole, Dorset. This is a permanent opportunity for a CNC Programmer who wants their programming work to directly influence quality, efficiency, and finished components across complex projects. As the CNC Programmer, you will support projects from initial programming through to final manufacture. The CNC Programmer will work in a modern, well-equipped environment, collaborating closely with operators, engineers, and customers. This role suits a CNC Programmer who enjoys technical challenge, problem-solving, and varied work rather than repetitive programming.
