SEND Behaviour Support Specialist – SEMH Schools & Alternative Provisions Milk Education is working in partnership with a number of specialist SEMH schools and Alternative Provisions in the heart of Croydon to recruit a dedicated and resilient SEND Behaviour Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build or progress their career within the SEND and behavioural support sector, gaining valuable experience in specialist education settings. The Role As a SEND Behaviour Support Specialist, you will work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional, and social support. Many of the students you will support have SEMH needs and may have experienced challenges in mainstream education, so your role will be key in helping them re-engage with learning and develop positive coping strategies. You will play a crucial role in promoting positive behaviour, building trust with students, and supporting them both inside and outside the classroom.
