Marketing Executive – Max Energy Location: Leicester / Hybrid Type: Full-time, Permanent At Max Energy, we’re on a mission to make homes more energy-efficient and sustainable across the UK. We’re looking for a creative and versatile Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Someone who can bring ideas to life across digital channels, design, communications, and beyond. What you’ll be doing: * Keeping our website content fresh, accurate, and engaging * Creating and scheduling social media posts that tell our story and build our brand presence * Designing visual content - from simple graphics to short videos and reels * Supporting SEO efforts, tracking performance, and spotting opportunities for improvement * Crafting clear, engaging internal and external communications including newsletters, case studies, and press content * Collaborating with teams across the business to make sure our marketing reflects real company achievements and projects What we’re looking for: * A confident, hands-on marketer with experience across digital channels * Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and tone * Working knowledge of basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) * Design and ordering of branded collateral. * Comfortable managing social media and website CMS platforms * Some understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools * A genuine interest in sustainability, renewables, or energy efficiency Why join us?
