Finance Business Partner 📍 Hybrid working | Regular regional travel 💼 Temporay | Full-time | Hybrid (1 - 2 days in office) We are working with a respected charitable organisation seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to support its Operations and Resources functions. This is a commercially focused partnering role, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality management information, budgeting support, and financial insight. Key responsibilities * Production of monthly management accounts with variance analysis and forecasting * Business partnering with budget holders across Operations and Resources * Annual budget preparation and ongoing monitoring * Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and prepayments * Support for statutory accounts and audit queries * Performance reporting, KPIs and sector scorecard analysis * Improving financial processes and supporting system integrity Requirements Essential * Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA) or exceptional finalist * Strong management accounts and budgeting experience * Proven business partnering with non-finance stakeholders * Excellent analytical and Excel skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management ability * Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities Desirable * Experience in not-for-profit, housing, or regulated environment * Knowledge of FRS102 * Advanced Excel 📩 Apply today or contact us for a confidential conversation
