Civils Lead – Data Centre - Finland €110,000 - €130,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance Per Month Location: Kirkkonummi / Espoo, Finland Rotation: Rotational Sector: Hyperscale Data Centre / Mission Critical Employment: Full-Time A leading European data centre contractor is seeking an experienced Civils Lead to oversee all Civil (CSA) activities on a major hyperscale project in Finland. This is a senior leadership role responsible for programme, safety, commercial control and full civil package delivery within a fast-track mission critical environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate all Civil work packages across the project lifecycle • Oversee site safety from mobilisation through to closeout • Manage QA/QC in collaboration with project and quality teams • Drive programme delivery alongside planners, PMs and design consultants • Support cost tracking and forecasting with the commercial team • Oversee day-to-day civil site operations and reporting • Manage subcontractor performance, progress and manpower • Lead subcontractor and coordination meetings • Attend project reviews, engineering and planning meetings • Manage variation control and change management processes • Review drawings, setting-out and as-built documentation • Coordinate and close out CSA snagging and final handover Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred • 7+ years’ CSA / civil construction experience • Experience delivering large-scale projects (data centre / industrial preferred) • Strong planning, sequencing and scheduling capability • Proven subcontractor and team leadership experience • Strong knowledge of safety and quality control standards • Commercial awareness and variation management experience • Strong communication and reporting skills
