EC&I Supervisor

Industrial EC&I Supervisor Are you an experienced EC&I professional ready to step into a leadership role within complex industrial environments? We’re looking for a driven Industrial EC&I Supervisor to lead site-based Electrical, Control & Instrumentation activities across operations and projects. Reporting to the Engineering / Maintenance / Project Manager, you’ll supervise EC&I technicians, electricians, and contractors — ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of installation, maintenance, fault finding, and commissioning activities. Electrical Systems * LV & MV distribution systems * Motors, drives & MCCs * UPS systems & standby generators * Industrial lighting & power installations Control & Automation * PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider) * SCADA & HMI systems * DCS environments * Control system fault diagnosis & upgrades Instrumentation & Process Control * Flow, pressure, temperature & level transmitters * Control valves & actuators * Analytical instrumentation Key Responsibilities * Supervise and allocate daily EC&I work activities * Deliver toolbox talks & performance oversight * Ensure compliance with electrical safety & HSE standards * Conduct risk assessments & manage permit-to-work systems * Support capital projects & plant modifications * Review drawings, supervise commissioning & manage handovers * Control labour, materials & contractor budgets What We’re Looking For Essential: * Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship * 5+ years industrial EC&I experience * Proven supervisory experience Desirable: * 18th Edition (BS7671) * C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection * CompEx * SSSTS Sector Experience Welcomed Oil & Gas | Petrochemical | Nuclear | Water & Wastewater | Power Generation | Manufacturing | Renewable Energy Apply now or message directly for a confidential discussion
