Job Title: HVAC Maintenance / Service Engineer Salary: £40,000 -50,000 per annum Working Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Covering London and Southeast (Mainly within M25). Will need to be on call out rota 1 in every 6 weeks (Paying £150 for being on call and door to door pay, if called out) Van, Uniform, Petrol Card, Mobile phone, expenses card for parking. London & Surrounding Areas A well-established building services and maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance / Service Engineer to join their growing maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a varied role covering planned preventative maintenance, reactive callouts, and minor project work across commercial sites. The Role You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a range of HVAC systems while ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. The role includes both scheduled maintenance and responding to breakdowns. Key responsibilities include: • Planned preventative maintenance across HVAC and mechanical systems • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on plant and equipment • Servicing air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, splits and multi systems • Maintenance of chillers, pumps, air handling units, ventilation systems and chilled water systems • Completing accurate service records and reports • Participating in an out-of-hours call out rota • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and site teams • Ensuring all works comply with health & safety regulations What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will be a practical, self-motivated engineer with strong fault-finding ability and experience working on commercial HVAC systems.
