Warehouse Operative We are recruiting Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics operation in Brackmills, Northampton. This is a very physically demanding role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift: 18:00PM - 02:00AM (1-hour break) Pay: £12.21 per hour Duties Include: Tipping collection vehicles and moving stock to the hub Loading and unloading trailers Handling inbound deliveries Sorting parcels on conveyor belts Manual handling of heavy goods Working to productivity and safety targets Keeping the work area clean and organised The Ideal Candidate: Comfortable with heavy, physical work Able to work on their feet for long periods Reliable, punctual, and hardworking A good team player Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential What We Offer: Ongoing work with stable Monday-Friday shifts Competitive pay of £12.21 per hour Friendly, supportive team environment Canteen facilities with coffee available Holiday PayBarker Ross Group values diversity and promotes equality.
