TIG Welder Fabricator – Aluminium Hemsworth | £15 - £16 per hour | Permanent | Days We're recruiting a TIG Welder Fabricator for a globally recognised company in Hemsworth that designs and builds custom staging, set pieces, and stage machinery for the live entertainment industry. You'll be TIG welding aluminium frameworks, fascia structures, and deck platforms for major tours, concerts, and events worldwide. What you'll be doing: TIG welding aluminium components for stage structures and architectural features Fabricating custom frameworks, fascia structures, and deck platforms Working from engineering drawings and fabrication specifications Using cutting, rolling, and bending equipment to form components Conducting quality checks to ensure work meets specifications Working to tight tolerances and high finish quality standards Maintaining an organised, safe work area What you need: Proven TIG welding experience (essential) Aluminium welding experience (strongly preferred) Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings Competent with fabrication tools and machinery (saws, grinders, drills, press brakes) Experience with hand tools and precision measuring equipment MIG welding capability is beneficial but not essential - this role is primarily TIG welding on aluminium.
