Facilities Coordinator


As Facilities Coordinator, you’ll ensure our buildings and sites operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably, supporting teams who deliver life‑changing work every day. Key Responsibilities * Support the delivery of the charity’s facilities and estates strategy * Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities operations across multiple sites * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements * Assist with managing maintenance schedules, contractors, and suppliers * Monitor budgets and ensure value for money across facilities activities * Support small projects, refurbishments, and sustainability initiatives * Act as a point of contact for staff regarding facilities issues and service requests Requirements * Experience in facilities or estates support—ideally across multiple sites * Good understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and internal teams * A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach * Confidence managing workloads and prioritising effectively What’s on Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to contribute to a purpose‑driven, mission‑led charity * Supportive team environment with room for development * A role where your work directly supports life‑changing impact
