FOUR SEN SUPPORT VACANCIES – Immediate Start Yeovil | Full-Time | 8.40am to 4.30pm | £13.75 per hour A well-established specialist provision in Yeovil is seeking dedicated staff to support pupils aged 4 to 18 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), autism, communication and interaction needs, physical disabilities and complex behavioural needs. Current Opportunities Teaching Assistant – Supply (32 hours a week) Flexible classroom support across the school 1:1 and small group learning assistance Ideal for adaptable practitioners with SEN experience Teaching Assistant – Permanent (40 hours a week) Consistent class-based role Supporting personalised learning plans and care needs Building strong relationships with pupils and families Senior Teaching Assistant (39 - 40 hours a week) Leading small group interventions Mentoring and guiding other support staff Supporting behaviour strategies and progress tracking Higher Level Teaching Assistant (40 hours a week) Delivering planned lessons and covering classes when required Leading targeted interventions Supporting teachers with planning and assessment What You’ll Need Minimum 6 months’ childcare experience, particularly with SEN pupils GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) Patience, resilience and a proactive attitude Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork skills Why Work Through Teaching Personnel?
