Air Conditioning Project Coordinator – Dartford Overview We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Air Conditioning Technical Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a former AC Engineer looking to transition into an office-based role, or for an individual with experience in a manufacturer’s technical support department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, managing quotations, coordinating technical information, and ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare, issue, and manage quotations for new installations, remedial works, and service-related projects Liaise with customers via email and telephone, providing professional and timely communication Proactively follow up on quotations to secure orders Order air conditioning equipment, components, and spare parts Review engineers’ job reports and recommend appropriate follow-up actions Produce customer quotations based on engineers’ recommendations Provide internal technical support to office staff when required Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) — training provided if required Maintain accurate documentation and job records Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience within the air conditioning industry Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation systems Previous hands-on installation, diagnostic, or manufacturer technical support experience (highly desirable) Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Confident communicator with a professional and personable approach Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Full UK driving licence Ability to commute reliably to our office location Package & Benefits Full-time, permanent position Salary: £35,000 – £50,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience) Overtime available during peak periods Office-based role (Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30) Laptop and mobile phone provided 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) with the option to purchase additional leave Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive team culture with regular social event To apply, please send a copy of your most updated CV
