Sales & Business Development Consultant – UK Confectionery Independent Contractor (Self‑Employed) | Remote & field-based (on-site by agreement) | Negotiable (day rate / project fee / milestone-based) | Term: 12 months We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales & Business Development Consultant to help grow our UK confectionery business. This flexible, self-directed role allows you to manage your own schedule while delivering measurable commercial outcomes. What You’ll Do: * Drive new revenue through targeted sales strategies. * Identify, pursue, and secure new customers across grocers, wholesalers, and distributors. * Maximise income from existing accounts via upsell/cross-sell opportunities. * Provide market and competitor insights to shape commercial strategy. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in UK grocery, wholesale, or FMCG sales. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management. * Track record of achieving sales growth and business development outcomes.
