Survival Equipment Supervisor

Permanent position for an Aircraft Survival Equipment Supervisor As a AEA Supervisor you will play an integral role in the day-to-day maintenance of AEA, aligning to our Clients values you will promote a safe working culture, collaboratively working to help achieve the company goal of providing trained pilots as part of the UKMFTS programme. Qualifications & Experience * Essential Experience * Experience of working in an SE/AEA Supervisory role. * A demonstrable track record of working in an operational AEA maintenance section. * Proven experience of being able to self-motivate as a lone worker in an operational AEA maintenance section. * Experience of working closely with multi-site teams, building relationships, and leveraging them to deliver outstanding performance in a highly regulated environment. * Desirable Experience * Proficiency in use of common software packages including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel. * Essential Qualifications * Desirable Qualifications * Recognised RAF Survival Equipment Course (or civilian equivalent) * Recognised Q-SE-AC or GAEA qualification * Recognised Human Factors training. * Recognised training qualification
