This is a rare chance to join a secure site-based team where you’ll work Monday to Friday only (no weekends), earn up to £54k, and have all further training paid for. What You’ll Do * Carry out electrical fault-finding, breakdown response, and repairs across plant and machinery * Perform planned and predictive maintenance * Support projects, installs, and continuous improvement work * Work with PLCs (Siemens / Allen Bradley), VSDs, and other control systems * Always maintain high safety and compliance standards What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Maintenance (or time-served apprenticeship) * Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (essential) * Strong skills in electrical fault finding, PLC interrogation, and PPM * A proactive, problem-solving mindset What You’ll Get * Up to £54,000 + overtime * Monday–Friday only (no weekends or nights) * 33 days annual leave including bank holidays * Secure, long-term career with a well-established manufacturer * Training and qualifications fully funded Please note: Only applicants with direct manufacturing maintenance experience will be considered.
