Due to continued growth, we’re looking to expand our London team with an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant. The Role Based in our SE1 office, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle (360) or focusing on candidate resourcing, depending on your experience. Key Responsibilities: * Managing the full 360 recruitment process (business development through to placement) * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates * Writing job adverts and marketing roles across multiple platforms * Negotiating offers and closing deals * Managing candidate and client pipelines effectively * Working towards and exceeding revenue targets About You We are looking for someone who has: * A minimum of 12 months’ 360 recruitment experience or 12 months’ experience in a recruitment resourcing role * Experience within Engineering, Property, or FM sectors (desirable but not essential) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * A proactive, target-driven mindset * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What We Offer * Basic salary up to £26,000 (DOE) * Uncapped commission structure * Clear progression pathway * Ongoing training and development * Supportive and collaborative team culture * Modern SE1 office location If you’re an ambitious recruiter ready to take the next step in your career with a growing specialist consultancy, we’d love to hear from you.
