Location: Petersfield Available Shifts (Non‑Rotating) Choose a stable shift that suits your lifestyle: Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hr or Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr Full‑time, 5 days a week. Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for: Experienced Senior Operators Operators with several years' experience who have supported a team, overseen a line, or carried out informal supervisory duties Individuals who have acted as go‑to people on shift and are ready to move into a formal leadership role Candidates who enjoy being hands‑on and leading by example on the shop floorIf you've ever been a senior operator, production operator for many years , Line Leader, Cell Leader, or stepped in to guide others - this is your chance to progress.
