Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer SW / West London Up to £45,000 + Benefits We are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer to join an established facilities maintenance contract covering approximately 20 sites across South West and West London. This is a stable, Monday–Friday role offering flexibility, work-life balance and long-term security. The Role: As a Building Services Engineer, you will cover multiple sites (typically no more than two per day), carrying out planned maintenance, reactive works and a high volume of fabric repairs. Service level agreements require engineers to spend between 4–8 hours per week per site. While there is a strong element of fabric maintenance, we require a fully qualified electrician capable of carrying out electrical remedial works and first fixes when required. Key Details: * Monday to Friday * 40 hours per week (flexible start/finish times) * Salary up to £45,000 * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Overtime mainly paid back as time in lieu (flexibility for shorter days) * Trade card provided for materials * Enhanced DBS required Requirements: * Fully qualified Electrician * Experience in building services / facilities maintenance * Comfortable covering multiple sites * Based in SW or West London * Able to carry out both electrical and general fabric works This position would suit a reliable Building Services Engineer seeking a steady mobile role within a secure contract environment.
