The Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehousing Tutor to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will deliver engaging training to individuals looking to build a career in the warehousing and logistics sector. You will support learners throughout their journey, helping them develop the skills and knowledge required to gain employment, while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging warehousing and logistics training programmes to learners. * Support unemployed individuals to develop the skills needed for employment. * Plan and deliver training sessions using a variety of teaching methods. * Identify learner needs and set SMART targets within assessment plans. * Monitor learner progress and provide mentoring and guidance. * Maintain accurate learner records and meet required deadlines. * Work towards agreed KPIs and quality standards. * Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment. About You To be successful in this role you will have: * Experience working in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations. * Experience delivering training or supporting learning in an education or professional environment. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * The ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds. * A professional and engaging approach to teaching and mentoring. Qualifications * A teaching and assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards one). * A Level 2 qualification in Warehousing or Logistics is desirable but not essential. * Relevant vocational experience within the warehousing sector.
