Key responsibilities include: Installation and commissioning of security systems Maintenance, servicing, and fault finding Supporting remote monitoring systems when required Completing job sheets and audit paperwork (manual and electronic) Representing the company professionally on customer sites Requirements Essential experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in the security systems industry (excluding training) Competent in installation and commissioning of security systems Strong maintenance and fault-finding skills Willingness to participate in a 24-hour call-out rota Good understanding of NSI Gold standards Full UK driving licence Screening requirements BS7858:2009 screening Security Check (SC) clearance Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) Police check Personal qualities Reliable, organised, and self-motivated Able to make sound decisions under pressure Strong communication and customer service skills Good stock control and vehicle housekeeping Committed to working safely and following company H&S policies Professional and trustworthy when representing the business
