We are reinforcing that hub with a Principal Structural Engineer who will operate as a recognised Technical Supervisor. This is a structural leadership appointment. The Mandate You will sit at the point where engineering decisions carry weight. Across projects ranging from €500,000 to €350 million, you will: Define structural delivery across HOAI Phases 1-6 Oversee Phase 8 construction supervision when required Approve, challenge and elevate structural calculations and system concepts Advise Project Directors on technically sensitive decisions Strengthen quality assurance frameworks and internal standards Develop and technically guide the structural team You are not supporting projects. You are shaping them. What We Expect 8-12 years structural design experience within Germany Strong delivery across HOAI Leistungsphasen 1-6 Phase 8 exposure advantageous Experience reviewing or supervising structural work Confident assessing complex reinforced concrete and steel systems Deep knowledge of Eurocodes, DIN standards and national annexes Experience with RFEM, SOFiSTiK, MB-AEC or equivalent Clear and confident engineering judgement Languages German C1 minimum English B2+ Working Model Based in Frankfurt 3 days per week in office 2 days remote Deutsche Bahn ticket Modern technical infrastructure Proximity matters.
