Air Conditioning Engineer (AC Engineer) South West England (Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Taunton, Plymouth) Up to £48,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime Permanent | Full-Time We are recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a portfolio of retail and commercial office sites across the South West. This permanent role offers door-to-door pay, overtime at 1.5x and long-term stability within a structured Facilities Management environment. The successful Air Conditioning Engineer / AC Engineer will carry out service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems within retail parks, shopping centres and commercial office buildings. Key Responsibilities: * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems * Reactive maintenance and breakdown repair * Fault finding on VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, FCUs and rooftop units * Refrigerant leak detection and F-Gas compliance * Completing service reports and compliance documentation * Supporting remedial and corrective works Requirements: * F-Gas Category 1 (essential) * Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer * Experience working within retail and commercial office environments * Strong fault-finding skills on commercial HVAC systems * Full UK driving licence Package: * Salary up to £48,000 * Door-to-door travel pay * Overtime at 1.5x * 30 days holiday (rising to 33) * Pension, private medical, life cover Apply now if you are a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer seeking a South West role across retail and commercial offices
