Due to continued growth in Arizona, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support an expanding pipeline of work in the Phoenix area. Role Overview This role will lead electrical construction projects valued at $10M+, with a strong emphasis on healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate has prior hospital project experience and is confident managing large budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities Budget & Financial Management Manage and control electrical project budgets of $10M+ Track cost-to-complete forecasts and maintain financial performance Oversee labor tracking, material procurement, and subcontractor billing Identify, price, and negotiate change orders Maintain accurate financial and change documentation Project Execution & Coordination Manage RFIs and submittals to ensure compliance with project documents Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, architects, and field teams Lead project meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication Support field leadership with constructability and scheduling efforts Scope & Schedule Management Interpret contract documents and manage execution of electrical scope Ensure procurement and delivery timelines are maintained Proactively mitigate risk and manage scope changes Project Closeout Oversee punch list completion Ensure timely submission of closeout documentation Maintain strong client relationships through final turnover Qualifications 5-10+ years of electrical construction project management experience Proven ability to manage $10M+ electrical budgets Prior hospital / healthcare project experience required Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and labor management Experience pricing and negotiating change orders OSHA 30 preferred (or ability to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to pass background and MVR checks INDUS
