360 Recruitment – Abattoir Trainees Wanted (Full Training Provided) 360 Recruitment is looking for abattoir trainees to join a well-established meat processing company in the Midlands. No previous slaughtering experience? No problem – full training will be provided for suitable candidates who are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn. What we offer: Long-term PAYE contract Rate of pay – £14.97 per hour Monday to Friday, morning shift 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) What we’re looking for: Physically capable individuals who can handle the demands of the role Reliable candidates who can commit to consistent attendance Confidence to work in an abattoir environment Own transport (due to company location) Prior experience in a similar environment would be beneficial (even basic knife skills are an advantage) However, as long as you demonstrate good aptitude and a strong willingness to learn, we can provide full training and develop you to meet our own high standards.
