Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer Location: Central London (Zones 1 & 2) Salary: Competitive Travel: Zone 1–2 Travel Card Provided We are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a facilities management company covering a portfolio of eight commercial buildings across Central London (Zones 1 and 2). This is a great opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer who enjoys variety while remaining within a compact portfolio. Although you will be responsible for eight buildings, you will typically attend only one or two sites per day, depending on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive requirements. Role responsibilities • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the portfolio • Respond to reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks • Maintain lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting and small power systems • Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and health & safety standards • Liaise with site contacts and building management teams • Complete job reports and maintain accurate maintenance records • Support minor multi-skilled tasks where required Requirements • Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent) – essential • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – essential • Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively • Good communication and organisational skills What’s on offer • Zone 1–2 Travel Card provided • Stable portfolio with manageable daily travel • Supportive facilities management environment • Opportunity to work across high-profile Central London buildings If you are an electrically qualified engineer looking for a foot mobile role within a well-structured Central London portfolio, we would like to hear from you
