What they’re Looking For * Strong experience as a Setter/Operator across 3- and 5-axis CNC machining centres * Ideally from a precision engineering or prototype environment * Working knowledge of Heidenhain, Hurco or Mazatrol controls * Ability to confidently read engineering drawings and perform in-process dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measurement tools * Experience machining a variety of metals and plastics * Excellent communicator, able to give clear feedback to operators and engineers * Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload efficiently * Willingness to mind multiple machines when required * Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and solving problems independently
