MRICS Senior Project Manager

A highly supportive project and cost consultancy located in Central London are looking for an experienced MRICS Senior Project Manager with experience delivering schemes in the heritage and healthcare sector. The Company that the MRICS Senior Project Manager will join: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be joining an employee first construction consultancy that consists of a motivated team who have built up an excellent reputation of delivering high-quality schemes across the heritage and healthcare sector. The MRICS Senior Project Manager role: The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be able to run schemes through pre and post contract stages within the heritage and healthcare sector, along with knowledge of utilising the JCT / NEC contract. The MRICS Senior Project Manager will be a confident individual who has excellent stakeholder management and exposure to delivering projects with contract values up to £100m. You will be responsible for: Running current/upcoming Project from design-construction phase Communicating effectively with internal/external parties ensuring that Projects are progressing Liaise with the Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to resolve any possible challenges faced Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate Directors and major Stakeholders Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Facilitating meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsMRICS Senior Project Manager requirements: Experience working for a UK project and cost consultancy Knowledge of working within the heritage or healthcare sector NEC or JCT contract experience Good stakeholder management MRICS qualified or working towards it A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously A passion/interest to manage a team Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £70,000-£80,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave including Bank Holidays Bonuses up to 15% Flexible working Work Laptop / Phone Travel to site covered Career development and training Quarterly company social eventsIf you are an MRICS Senior Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a well-established Construction Consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
