EYFS Pupil Support Worker Preston | 27.5 Hours | ASAP Start | Ongoing Contract Do you have experience supporting young children and want to make a real difference in Early Years? We're looking for a nurturing and resilient Pupil Support Worker to provide targeted support for EYFS pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The Role: Support individual pupils and small groups in EYFS Deliver targeted SEMH interventions and in-class support Help with morning routines, transitions and attendance Work closely with teachers, SENCo and pastoral team Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation We're Looking For: EYFS or primary experience SEMH or vulnerable learner support experience (preferred) Calm, patient and consistent approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding This is a fantastic opportunity to support children at the very start of their education journey in a supportive school environment.
