The Opportunity: As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant at Eden Brown, you'll be part of a close-knit, experienced team with over 15 years of expertise in architectural recruitment. You'll receive all the training and mentorship you need to launch your career, learning the ropes from industry experts and building a deep understanding of the architecture sector. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-paced team that's ready to help you succeed. Whether you've had previous experience in recruitment or you're just starting out, we'll ensure you have all the tools to hit the ground running. What You'll Do: Every day will bring something new and exciting! In this role, your responsibilities will include: Sourcing candidates through job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media. Building relationships with clients and candidates, making cold calls, and offering career advice. Helping candidates with CV formatting and preparing for interviews. Identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Supporting key accounts and helping deliver recruitment solutions to clients, quickly progressing to having your own client accounts to manage. Why Eden Brown?
