Manual Paint Sprayer Birmingham Full-Time - Monday to Friday 📌 Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm) - 1 position 📌 Night Shift (10pm-6am) - 1 position** Overview We are seeking experienced Manual Paint Sprayers to join a leading plastics and injection moulding manufacturer based in Birmingham. This is a full-time, long-term role working within a fast-paced production environment, spraying high‑quality components for automotive and technical industries. Key Responsibilities Manual spraying of plastic components to a high-quality finish Preparing parts prior to spraying, including cleaning, masking, and sanding Mixing paints and coatings according to specifications Operating within a spray booth environment, ensuring optimal finish and consistency Carrying out quality checks on all completed work Maintaining spray equipment, tools, and work areas Working to production targets and deadlines Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards Requirements Previous experience as a Manual Paint Sprayer is essential Experience working with plastic or automotive parts is advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes Ability to work independently and within a small team Reliable, hardworking, and able to work at a consistent pace Willingness to work either Afternoon or Night shift full-time Hours & Shifts Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am Monday to Friday (full-time) Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
