Mobile Maintenance Engineer  – FM Service Provider - South East - £45,000  Are you electrically qualified with building maintenance experience? Are you interested in working on some exclusive contracts? If the answer is yes, then read on.... An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider on a mobile basis covering tenanted areas of commercial Offices across the South East of England. The successful candidates will be electrically qualified (C&G Level 3 Electrical or mechanical) and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the maintenance teams on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across tenanted areas for multiple clients.  This is a cover role so you will have your own portfolio (Listed Below) but will cover other porfolios when other members of the team are away and maybe asked to work on other sites to help with additional work loads. Monday - Watford & Milton Keynes Tuesday - Watford Wednesday - Reading, Red Hill & Croydon Thursday - Southampton Friday - WatfordHours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Package  £40-45,000 Basic Salary 23 Days Holiday  Company Vehicle Pension Company Uniform, Mobile phone and Laptop Working for a Family Run business (Service Provider) Working for exclusive clientsKey duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Handling Unit’s Building Management Systems Air Conditioning equipment Cold Water systems Heating and Ventilation systems Emergency lighting Fan Coil Units Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to dateRequirements Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Full Uk Manual Drivers Licence with less than 6 point (Occasional use of a cover / pool vehicle)Please send your CV to Charlie Long at Cbw Staffing Solutions for more Information
