Site Manager (Residential)

Site Manager/Assistant Project Manager (Residential) Wicklow €85k + Transport/Car Allowance + Bonus, Pension. Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking 60+ Apartments in Wicklow which has commenced. Role will involve taking the project from 1st fix to handover. Role • 1st, 2nd fix, Internals • Sequencing and production management of key trade subcontractors with a focus on building envelope and groundworks • Liaising with the site engineering and design team to ensure early resolution of technical bottlenecks • Overseeing workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards • Working with the logistics manager to ensure site setup and materials management supports the safe and efficient execution of the works programme • Near-term look-ahead works programming, liaising with key stakeholders as required ie: public utilities, local authority · • The role will also support the PM across all aspects of project delivery, offering a pathway towards Project and Contracts Management Contact (url removed) for info or call (phone number removed) to discuss
