Parts Advisor – Kilbeggan, County Westmeath Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 | Fri 08:00–15:00 Contract: Permanent Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays • Workplace pension Overview We're looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a specialist commercial vehicle aftersales operation in Kilbeggan. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely parts supply to support workshop activity and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Manage stock levels, receive and book in parts, and handle returns/discrepancies Conduct regular stock checks and maintain an organised parts storage area Process internal/external parts orders accurately and ensure timely despatch Book parts to workshop job cards and support workshop planning Liaise with suppliers on orders, lead times, and pricing Maintain accurate records on Dealer Management System (Pinnacle/Kerridge) Provide technical parts advice and excellent customer service What You'll Need Minimum 2 years' Parts Advisor experience in commercial vehicle/PSV/HGV sector Experience with Pinnacle DMS, Kerridge, or similar is beneficial Strong IT skills including Office 365 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Don't tick every box?
