Estimator – Social Housing Refurbishment (Tier One Contractor) Up to £75,000 Car Allowance Package UK Wide (Flexible Base – Travel Required) We are working in partnership with a Tier One Social Housing Refurbishment Contractor to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their established commercial team. This is a key role within the business, focused on pricing and securing works across social housing frameworks nationwide. The RoleYou will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across: Social Housing Repairs Voids Planned Works You will play a central role in building up AOV and PPP models, working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure robust submissions aligned to framework requirements. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Estimating role Proven background in Social Housing Repairs, Voids and Planned Works Strong experience building AOV and PPP models Working knowledge of the NHF Schedule of Rates, including rate adjustments Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail What’s on Offer Salary up to £75,000 Car allowance Competitive benefits package Flexible UK base (travel as required) Opportunity to join a leading, well-established Tier One contractor For a confidential discussion or to apply, please get in touch directly
