Production Operator

Production Operator Permanent Day shift £30,000 per annum    We’re currently recruiting for candidates to join a small team in Featherstone, to assist with the mixing, dispensing of products and general support within a manufacturing environment. You’ll be working directly with the customer, so ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard, accuracy and have good housekeeping.    The working hours for this role are on a 4 on 4 off basis, 06:00-18:00 OR 07:00-19:00 – NO night shifts required.    Daily Duties   Follow production plans accurately to meet customer requirements Deliver products to relevant departments on time Input data into the internal database Book production returns using the system Organise waste materials and ensure correct reuse, recycling, or disposal Manage incoming deliveries and store materials correctly Adhere to all Health & Safety rules and on-site policies Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards across the work area Update and maintain internal databases and records    Skills & Experience   Strong IT skills and ability to use internal systems Good eye for detail  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively If you are interested in this role, please contact the Bury St Edmunds office on (phone number removed) to speak with one of our consultants
