As a brief overview, here is a bit of information about what your role might look like: Role & Responsibilities * Searching for candidates from their system and job boards. * Importing candidates onto their in-house database. * Registering candidates. * Ensuring that all allocated roles to yourself are worked on, keeping the Consultant up to date on progress of your searches and possible candidates. * Preparing CV’s ready to be sent out to clients. * Importing documentation onto their in-house system. * Sending job specs to candidates. * Answering calls as and when positions are advertised.
