Tiler – Full-Time (Midlands) Recruiting via Motion Group Motion Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering remedial, disrepair, and refurbishment services for major housebuilders, housing associations, retail organisations, and property management companies. The role involves working within occupied residential properties, so a professional, tidy, and customer-focused approach is essential at all times. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for an experienced tiler looking for stable work with a reputable contractor. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality wall and floor tiling works across bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas within residential properties. Key responsibilities include: * Wall and floor tiling in bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas * Surface preparation, levelling, and adhesive application * Grouting and sealant works to a high standard * Replacing damaged tiles and completing full re-tiles * Delivering clean, accurate finishes with minimal disruption to occupants * Maintaining a company vehicle and managing stock levels * Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately and on time Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience in domestic and/or commercial tiling * Confident working with ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles * Strong attention to detail and finish quality * Ability to work independently and resolve issues on site * Full UK driving licence * Valid CSCS card * Portfolio of completed works preferred Package & Benefits * Starting salary from £35,000 per annum * Company van and fuel card * Company phone, uniform, and PPE provided * 22 days holiday plus bank holidays * Monday to Friday working pattern * Immediate start available * Access to training courses * Support to develop additional trade skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong reputation for quality delivery.
