Graduate Learning Support Assistant Are you a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on classroom experience within a supportive and high-achieving primary school? Academics is proud to be partnering with an outstanding primary school in Westminster to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant for an April 2026 start. Role Responsibilities Provide general classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, including support for pupils with SEN Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SEN team Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Contract Details Start Date: April 2026 Contract: Term Time Only, Monday to Friday Location: Westminster, Central London Salary: £95 a day (dependent on experience) The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be a 2025 or recent graduate from any academic discipline with a genuine interest in education and child development. Previous experience working with children-whether paid or voluntary-is highly desirable. You will be patient, proactive, and eager to learn, with a positive and professional approach to supporting young learners. Trial days will take place in advance of the April 2026 start date.
