Warehouse Operative – Nights Location: Reading Pay: £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday | 6:00pm – 4:00am Temp to Perm Opportunity Vanta Staffing Reading are currently recruiting for Night Warehouse Operatives to join our client based in the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work with a well-established and reputable company. The Role: Picking and preparing orders for dispatch Loading and unloading vehicles Scanning, sorting and wrapping parcels General warehouse duties Manual handling (15kg–20kg) Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Requirements: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential Ability to work night shifts consistently Comfortable with manual handling Good attention to detail Reliable and hardworking attitude This is a temp-to-perm position offering stability and progression for the right candidate.
