Product Developer

We are currently working with a fast-growing and innovative business within the health and wellness sector. They are looking for growth within their New Product Development team and seeking a motivated Product Developer to join them. This opportunity is open to both ambitious junior candidates and experienced developers with a strong background in all things Nutrition. You will work hands-on across a range of product formats, formulating new products from customer briefs, developing recipes, preparing samples, sourcing ingredients, costing formulations and supporting scale-up from kitchen to production. The role requires close collaboration with supply chain, production and clients to ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years' experience in NPD, a degree in Nutrition, Food Science or related field, strong formulation skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with data and Excel. A passion for supplements, fitness and innovation is essential.
