Support Worker (Driver Required)

Job Title: Support Worker (Must have drivers) Location: Evesham, WR11 Job Type: Full-Time Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays Contract Type: Permanent Role Overview We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a supported living service in Evesham. You will provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or complex needs, helping them to live independently and safely within the community. Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality, person-centred support * Assist with personal care and daily living tasks * Support individuals with medication (following training and guidelines) * Encourage independence and skill development * Support with community access, appointments and social activities * Maintain accurate care records and documentation * Follow safeguarding procedures and promote wellbeing at all times Essential Requirements * Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential) * Ability to work flexible shifts * Good communication and teamwork skills * Caring, patient and positive attitude * Right to work in the UK Desirable * Previous experience in a care/support role * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) * Medication administration training What’s on Offer * Competitive hourly rate * Full training and induction provided * Ongoing professional development * Career progression opportunities * Supportive working environment * Pension scheme and holiday entitlement
