HSE Manager

Role: HSE Manager – Manufacturing Location: Gloucester Salary: c£45k (DOE) We’re looking for an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental performance and our Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 / 14001). You’ll own risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions and internal audits, ensuring a safe workplace and robust compliance. The role includes managing IMS documentation, driving cultural engagement, and acting as the competent person on HSE matters. You’ll need a NEBOSH General Certificate, strong audit and incident‑investigation experience, proven risk management skills, and confidence to influence, train and motivate people at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office and a track record of improving HSE and quality culture are essential. **Sponsorship is not available so you must have the full right to work in the UK both now, and in the future
